Cook and puree any or all of the following:
Yellow summer squash
Even canned organic pumpkin if you are in a hurry
Splash of orange or pear juice (optional)
Blend in the blender.
Use orange juice and/or water from cooking
the vegetables to blend.
Freeze in ice cube trays.
cubes when needed.
Use juice to sweeten the cubes for picky
eaters that want to lick (taste) the cubes before adding them.
Add to smoothies, meatballs, etc.
