GFCF Smoothie

This is a great way to sneak vegetables and supplements in the diet.

To make SCD-compliant, use almond milk.
To make rice-free, use almond milk or potato milk.
To make low-phenol, avoid berries, apples, grapes and bananas for fruit.  Chose pears, kiwi, melon, mango, peaches, or other low phenol fruit.

1 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup frozen or fresh fruit
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (gluten-free)
2-3 Nutrition or Beta Carotene Cubes (see recipe)

Blend it blender until smooth.

Can add supplements and protein powder as needed.
