Ginger Ale

This is great for kids and adults alike.  Make it spicy or mild.  It contains no sugar.

Sparkling water
Ginger root

Boil 2 cups of water, add sliced ginger root to taste.  I put 10 slices of ginger.  It may take a few times to get the spiciness to your liking.  Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.  This mixture can be drunk as tea at this stage.  Otherwise, start with sparkling water, add ginger decoction and stevia to taste.
