2 tablespoons carob or cocoa powder
1 teaspoon stevia extract powder
6 tablespoons of arrowroot powder
2 cups almond milk (or rice milk)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon nubutter (optional)
Dash of salt
Combine carob/cocoa, stevia, and arrowroot in a double boiler
Gradually stir in milk and water.
Place over boiling
water and stir as mixture thickens.
Reduce heat to low and
continue cooking another minute.
Remove from heat.
vanilla, and nut butter and salt if desired.
Serve warm or
