Nutrition Cubes

The following recipe uses SCD compliant vegetables.  You can use anything that fits your dietary needs.  Great to add to meatballs.

Similar to the Beta-Carotene cubes, cook and puree any non-stringy vegetables.  Freeze into ice cube trays.  Remove and thaw as needed.  Add to meat when making patties or any other dishes you can hide them in.  Ideas:

Butternut squash

Things that don’t work well are celery, the skin on red peppers, or anything that will not blend completely.
