The Best Burger

This is a highly nutritious burger that mixes in ground organ meat.  It is delicious and maybe the only way you will ever get your child (or spouse) to eat organ meat.  Organ meat is rich in vitamin A and vitamin D, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and trace minerals.

Make this burger into meatballs and serve as a high protein snack or main course.

1 1/2 pounds of ground meat (any: beef, buffalo, lamb, turkey, or a combination
2-6 ounces of ground ORGANIC organ meat (many specialty butchers will grind it for you; otherwise, you can use a meat grinder or food processor)
Salt/Pepper/Spices to taste (I like lavender salt, rosemary, mint with lamb or anything you like)

Form into patties and cook as usual.
